The arbitration shall be conducted in a manner that ensures fairness and efficiency, including the opportunity for each party to present its case, submit evidence, and cross-examine witnesses if applicable. 

The decision of the arbitrators shall be final and binding on all parties, and any award issued may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree to bear their own costs and expenses related to the arbitration, unless the arbitrators decide otherwise in the award. In the event that the arbitration is not concluded within a reasonable time, the parties may mutually agree to extend the proceedings or pursue other legal avenues available under applicable law. 

12. Force Majeure

Pixel Advert Limited shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event of such a delay or failure, Pixel Advert Limited will promptly notify you of the nature of the circumstances and the anticipated duration of the delay. Pixel Advert Limited will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of such circumstances and resume its obligations under these Terms as soon as possible. However, if the delay extends beyond a reasonable period, Pixel Advert Limited reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the services provided under these Terms without incurring any liability.
